The breakfast had a good variety, including an omelette station. The elevator was slow and creaky, which was annoying. Perfect spot for a quick golf trip with easy access to courses nearby.

Clean rooms and a nice indoor pool area. Breakfast was impressive with made-to-order omelets. Noisy location made it hard to relax at times.

The rooms are large and clean with comfy beds. The staff greeted us with smiles and helped with everything we needed, even showed me how to set up the TV.
It was a bit pricey, but worth every penny.

I had a rough stay—my bed felt like a hammock with a deep dip. Coupled with cramped rooms and peeling wallpaper, it made for an uncomfortable experience, and I couldn't relax even with the AC cranked up. Disappointing!

The parking is plentiful and super convenient! The private balcony offers a nice spot to unwind, and the outdoor areas are perfect for relaxation.
The breakfast selection gets old pretty fast.

Let's start with the positives - the room had great air conditioning, which was a relief considering the hot weather outside. The shower pressure was fantastic, and I also appreciated the availability of ironing facilities in the room. Having the option to control the thermostat was a plus for me, as I like to keep my room nice and cold for a good night's sleep. the staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially when we requested a late check-out. there were some areas that could definitely use improvement. The pillows provided were quite flat and uncomfortable, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room itself had dim lighting, which wasn't ideal for relaxing in the evenings. I also noticed some issues with cleanliness, like finding jellybeans on the carpet that obviously hadn't been vacuumed after the previous guests. The breakfast room was too small and crowded, making it challenging to find a seat and enjoy a peaceful meal. The Walden had its ups and downs.

The pool being open until 2 AM was a huge win, and the updated area with fire pits made evenings delightful. Our balcony rooms were stylish with stunning mountain views. Housekeeping was thoughtful, leaving us extra towels, but the mattress felt worn and the indoor pool was colder than expected. Breakfast was decent but limited, often the same items each day. A little more friendliness from some staff would’ve been nice, but overall, it’s a great spot near attractions, and the kids loved the water slide. We’re definitely considering returning.

My recent stay was fantastic, as the hotel is conveniently just a short stroll away from popular spots like the Tomb Egyptian Adventure and Paula Deen's Lumberjack Feud, both less than a 5-minute walk, and the Great Smoky Mountains are also right around the corner; in addition to comfortable rooms that feature private balconies with lovely views, the amenities like the updated pool and hot tubs open until 2 AM really added to the experience, but the friendliness of some staff could be improved.

The Walden offers a wonderful location and a clean environment. The breakfast exceeded expectations, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Despite some minor issues like the balcony view and room decor, the overall experience was enjoyable, making it a solid choice in Pigeon Forge.

Clean and stylish rooms with breathtaking mountain views. Comfortable beds and well-decorated spaces enhance the stay. Outdoor amenities shine—fire pits, rocking chairs, and a late-night pool area entertain our group perfectly. Super friendly staff, quick to help with essentials like shampoo. Peaceful atmosphere; effective quiet time after 10 PM. some drawbacks need attention: a mishandled check-in and unclean bathroom surfaces were concerning. Breakfast offerings became repetitive. the refrigerator had issues that went unresolved. With some improvements, this place could truly be a gem. A solid choice, but not without room for growth.

Great Wi-Fi and free parking. Indoor pool was nice, but fitness center could be bigger.

The room was modern and clean, matching the online photos. Housekeeping was top-notch, with daily towel changes and bed-making. The fridge had issues and didn’t keep items frozen, and the bottom was dirty. The A/C was inconsistent, running well during the day but failing at night, making it uncomfortable. The location was convenient, and the quiet environment added to the comfort. Breakfast was included, though it lacked variety after a few days.

Explore Pigeon Forge's vibrant entertainment scene, savoring tasty local eats and shopping til you drop. kids had a blast at the water park, while we parents relaxed in the outdoor pool.
For dads, more children's activities would be great.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety. The location was convenient, close to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant.
Some maintenance issues were noticeable, like peeling wallpaper and broken hot tubs. Small things like burnt-out bulbs and an elevator display missing parts affected the overall experience.

Free breakfast had me stuffed like a turkey every morning. The indoor pool with a basketball hoop had me feeling like a pro athlete. Loved playing the piano by the fireplace at the meet and greet with snacks. Hilarious times!
Who needs hand soap in the bathroom anyway? It's overrated.

My friends and I had a blast exploring the lively town, catching live shows, and hitting up cool shops and restaurants. Plus, we scored discounted movie tickets at the Forge Cinemas!
We wished there were more late-night party spots in the area for us young folks to keep the fun going! .

we stayed at Clarion Inn and had a great experience. the staff was very friendly and the room was clean and well-equipped with a Keurig coffee maker. we enjoyed the complimentary evening snacks and the friendly breakfast staff. the location was excellent, not too close to the main road, and the breakfast included in our stay was a great value. we will stay here next time we return.
Can’t fault anything about it 😊

Our stay at Clarion Inn Dollywood was fantastic as young guests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The hotel staff went above and beyond, making us feel welcome and offering assistance whenever needed. The pools and outside seating areas were perfect for unwinding and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with made-to-order omelets and a variety of fresh fruits. The hotel's location was convenient, close to many attractions in Pigeon Forge.
